About this Programme
The HOPE Project (Harnessing Opportunities for Pan-African Excellence) is our flagship initiative — acquiring land across Ghana to build Africa's first dedicated AfCFTA Centre of Excellence. This multi-purpose hub will house research facilities, training centres, trade facilitation offices, free trade zone infrastructure and capacity development spaces that will serve the continent for generations. The Centre of Excellence will be a physical manifestation of the AfCFTA vision — a place where ideas become policies and policies become prosperity.
